Cryonics company and family battle over woman's head

Of course it's not the head that is the issue, it is the brain's white and grey matter contained inside. Mary Robbins could still be alive in there. The outer "head" is just protective padding surrounding that and will likely be replaced by newly grown tissue just like the rest of the nonsentient body parts.
